Customers must provide accurate details, ensure a safe environment for service staff, and use services only for lawful purposes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made before the technician’s visit. Refunds (if applicable) will follow Labourlink’s
refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
Labourlink’s liability is limited to the amount of service charges/commission. Labourlink is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Third-Party & Independent Service Providers
Labourlink is a commission-based platform that connects customers with independent contractors. Service providers are not employees of Labourlink. Labourlink is not responsible for any personal injury, accident, or loss occurring to the service provider during travel, while providing services, or afterwards. Service providers are solely responsible for their own safety, insurance, and liabilities.
Service Quality Disclaimer
Labourlink only facilitates connections between customers and providers. The quality, timing, and execution of services are the responsibility of the service provider.
Insurance & Safety
Labourlink does not provide insurance coverage. Service providers are responsible for arranging their own
insurance and safety measures.

Our website may contain links to external websites. Labourlink is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Force Majeure
Labourlink is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural
disasters, accidents, strikes, pandemics, or internet outages.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will lie with the courts
of Aligarh.
User Conduct
